“NDS certified graphic talents forms integral part of the NIIT’s LSE communications design team. Two year back, after evaluation process, six talents got shortlisted and inducted. Now they are empowered, shown greater self confidence and willingness to take challenging assignments. For key elearning projects, the delivered graphics are of highest quality and best practices duly followed.”

Dheeraj Khanna, Agro Tech Foods
“I visited a store which is managed by Rajnish, a Deaf boy from NDS. Look at the Act II display he managed to maintain. The other category displays were done up very neatly and he has been able to get additional space in shelves along with floor stacks”

Aparna Sardar, Delivery Head, Training and Quality, Mphasis, an HP company,
“The Team leader of the process where the two Deaf students- Karan and Bambam are working is extremely happy and satisfied with both of them. They picked up the process quite quickly and are quite comfortable in their tasks. They are delivering up to expectations. As far as their social competencies are concerned, they have settled in very well with fellow team members. In fact they delivered Sign language classes for their team. They are extremely polite and courteous and willing to learn from all co workers.

Niranjan Khatri, General Manager, ITC WelcomEnviron Initiatives
I met Ruma nearly 3 years back & then one day I went to see her training centre in Noida. What amazed me was the complete silence in the training centre, but bustling with life with the hearing and speech students. The other noticeable aspect of this centre was that the space was optimally used and the students were learning computing skills and I saw the outcome of the campaign that they had developed for NIIT.

ITC Welcomgroup has sourced many of her trainees and they are performing well in spite of the odds that they face, thanks to her excellent inputs. I wish Noida Deaf Society all the best”.
